I'm using Chunky as a comic book reader on my iPad and have a windows share set up so I can download comics from that share whilst on the local network at home as the app can browse to the share as see the files as needed.
What would I need to do in order to be able to access the share remotely, I'm guessing some sort of VPN but have tried setting an OpenVPN up in the past only to fail miserably!

I use TeamViewer to remotely access my machine and see that has VPN functionality built in but have never used it.
Will that do what I need and if so, any instructions on setting it up on both the machine and the iPad?
