This release is a planned update for the products listed in the table below. The latest version is always available through the product’s update mechanism, from the enterprise FTP site, and for some languages, from the Reader Download Center.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019 is the most common software for viewing PDF documents. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. This name is assigned as it is more comfortable to take these files in portable storage devices. Track details¶

The Acrobat DC product family introduces two tracks for both Acrobat and Reader which are essentially different products: “Classic” and “Continuous.” Most end users will install the Continuous track provided from the Reader Download Center. Scan¶

Annotation¶

• 4164517: Comments list disappears on closing one PDF when multiple PDF are opened with multi-tab viewing set to “OFF”.
• 4162957: Highlighting is difficult in PDFs where lines are very closer to each other.
• 4155586: Add Text comment’s text properties are not remembered.

Collaboration¶

• 4155519: (MAC Intermittent) Settings changed for the ‘Separations’ tab for color plates in “Output Preview” dialog are not retained after performing pinch zoom .

JavaScript Engine¶

• 4166357: Empty lines are added to script when using external editor.
• 4159480: Acrobat crashes on MAC on removing the default function that is automatically generated when the Document Javascript is created.

• 4056958: Flatten annotations preflight sometimes rotates them.
• 4157238: Validation fails for PDF/A-1A compliant file created from 3height converter shell.

Combine¶

• 4167619: Combine app is opening for multiple tabs and multiple windows of Acrobat whereas it should open for just one window/tab.
